Fallback image when image fails to load #4207

Description

@Simon-Dirks

Hi there,

I recently worked with a manifest where some of the images were not accessible due to copyright issues (returned a 403, I believe). Perhaps I missed something, but I could not figure out how to set a fallback image in case the image does not load correctly. Is this something to be set in the manifest itself? Or can I pass a default fallback image parameter to Mirador? I'm using 3.4.3 (in an Angular project).

Minimal demo of what currently happens when an image fails to load here on StackBlitz (or this GH repo).

This is not ideal, especially for the thumbnails that take 0px width when they fail to load.
