Weh auto-injector no longer injects 1u at a time.

📋 Description

When using the weh auto-injector, it immediately pumps all 60u of Juice that makes you Weh into the target, turning them into a lizard immediately.

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtain a weh auto-injector
2. Click on a target
3. Inject 60u of Juice that makes you Weh into them, and watch them become a lizard.

💥 Expected Behavior

It should inject only 1u at a time, with an extremely low cooldown between jabs.

🧠 Actual Behavior

All 60u is injected at once, instantly.
