Two fast "new validate" tweaks

Now that the "new validate" UI has shipped, two quick improvements.

First, we should be able to hit enter to submit

Second, I think it's likely best to show the "Add optional comment" that is present when you click "Yes" in the default state. That's just my sense to speed things up...

Agreed! Right now you can hit 'S' for submit, but it looks like I forgot to add an underline to the S to indicate that you can. Enter should work too.

How exactly would this work? Like you click on the comment text box and it treats it as though you had clicked 'Yes' as well?

Re: second. Not sure. Maybe it's a bad idea. Just felt like "slow" to have it discretized into multiple steps--was trying to streamline default/common flow.

My guess is that adding a comment when you're marking agree likely isn't going to happen that often, so I'm hoping that it doesn't feel too onerous?

Also if you hit the '4' key it'll bring you to the comment box (since that's the key that does it for disgree/unsure as well)
