Shapefile download failing on the largest datasets #4133
Description
It seems as though the Shapefiles are failing to be created in a timely fashion on our largest datasets (/rawLabels in Chicago and Seattle at least).
The other downloads seem to be working fine. And I've successfully downloaded a Shapefile in a smaller city.
