Cannot compile with CUDA feature.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run AWS g4dn instance
2. Try to build with cuda feature flag

Expected Behavior

I'm getting following error:

It builds without cuda feature flag.

Do you have CUDA installed on that machine, and does it have a GPU that supports CUDA?
