The Start Button Doesn’t Work On GB And GBC. GBA Works Though

Expected:

When Game Says To Press Start, The Button Does So.

Actual:

When Pressed Nothing Happens In Game

Reproduce:

1. Get GB Or GBC Game And Install
2. Play Game
3. Press Start
