3.1.0 release IPA fails to sideload to tvOS

Expected:

I expected the lone 3.1.0 release IPA to install onto tvOS. Sorry if this is the wrong one but there was no mention in the README of a lack of tvOS support. I would try a development build but I don't see a recent one, they seem to be failing since before 3.1.0 was released: https://github.com/Provenance-Emu/Provenance/actions/workflows/build.yml

Actual:

Attempting to sideload onto tvOS 26 yields an error like:

Error Code=0
"This app was not built to support this device family; app is compatible with (

)"

The same device has successfully sideloaded the 3.0.5 release (a couple tvOS versions ago), so it is not a device problem.

Reproduce:

1. Download IPA
2. Try to sideload with paid developer account
3. Fail as above
