MIRCrew indexer fails

Current Behavior

MIRCrew Indexer since some weeks fails, giving error:
"Unable to connect to indexer, check the log above the ValidationFailure for more details. Error: Il form inviato non è valido. Prova a inviarlo di nuovo."

Expected Behavior

MIRCrew Indexer to work

Steps To Reproduce

1. Prowlarr installed in Docker
2. Add MIRCrew indexer
3. Configure base URL: https://mircrew-releases.org/
4. Configure username and password (tested on website that they were still working)
5. Run "Test"

Environment

- OS: TrueNas 25.04.2.6
- Prowlarr: Prowlarr 2.3.0.5236
- Docker Install: yes
- Using Reverse Proxy: yes, traefik in same docker network
- Browser: Chrome 145.0.7632.160

What branch are you running?
