I cant call method newNPC

Hello, the problem is that when I start the server I writes: What the Int32 method will not find, I was told about IEntitySource, and told that in Terraria.DataStructures to try all the methods, or try EntitySource_DebugCommand(). When I entered what I was sent (Terraria.DataStructures.EntitySource_DebugCommand) my code editor complains that the type or namespace name "EntitySource_DebugCommand" does not exist in the namespace "Terraria.DataStructures"
