Your phone's hotspot doesn't provide in access as many devices have same IP. (that's how mobile data works). Your options are:

  1. Get them all in the same wi-fi and connect via private IP (the local one)
  2. Setup port forwarding on your real router (not mobile hotspot) (basically let anyone have access to your port 7777) and then let them connect like that
  3. Get a webhost and host there. A few euros a month will be great for a 24/7 server (requires some computer knowledge), I recommend Hetzner cloud as they don't make any problems and are cheap.
  4. Pay a server host for setting it all up. Personally I recommend MCST as they have a free plan (enough for just friends) and a paid plan for bigger servers.
