          Maybe we can start deleting the older ones, so that there are only 5 records? Otherwise these will take the whole script!

This is where we manually add in outputs of checks, e.g. frequency tables or counts. Currently we just add to the previous ones, but think we could start limiting it to the most recent comments. This would mean each new time we go to add something, we remove the oldest comment first to ensure there are still only 4 comments??
