Add Atlassian Bamboo CI system

Bamboo uses the syntax:

If a variable name contains any reference to a password, like "password", "sshKey", "secret", or "passphrase", its value will be masked with "********".

All variables are prefixt with bamboo_ and the secrets follow the convention above.

Example:

bamboo_NG_DEPLOY_USER=deploy_ng
bamboo_NG_NUGET_PASSWORD=********
