[Feature request] Control TV's/AVR's volume #700
Description
Using libcec-7.1.1 on Windows 11.
Changing the windows volume doesn't change the TV's/AVR's volume.
Please implement this feature, so that changing the volume on PC actually changes volume on the TV/AVR - and vice versa.
