You can add the script to “userscript” in Safari, but unfortunately nothing shows up on imdb.com.

It already supports Safari (unless something changed there):
Supports browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, Waterfox, Brave, Pale Moon, Edge.

That is not Safari, it's some userscripts manager.
Ask about support there. Maybe it needs to wrap the script in a function (check settings there, maybe it's already implemented).
Try Tampermonkey, it worked when I checked it some time ago.

By the way, Safari has limitations with login-based sites, so they didn’t work. I recommend to use Firefox.
