Perhaps at gemini://localhost:7071 I do not think that Gemini supports query parameters, so each page would have its own pathname. gemini://localhost:7071/commands gemini://localhost:7071/local_destinations gemini://localhost:7071/tunnels et cetera.

I really don't understand what you are asking. Just create a client tunnel for this.

I think that it would be good for I2PD to have. That would probably also increase awareness, interest, and use of I2P by people who utilize Gemini.

Let me explain it in other terms. We want i2pd gemconsole (GemServer.cpp, gemini://) next to i2pd webconsole (HTTPServer.cpp, http://).

I just wrote a CGI script that transparently proxies requests to "i2pd webconsole" and converts the HTTP-responses to gemtext on the fly. PoC, v0.0.1a, lot of TODOs, too ugly.

I want to contribute GeminiServer.cpp to i2pd for a native integration.

Would you be interested to collaborate on that task?
