Publish scaladocs

I've changed my mind on this - IF - if it's not too much effort.

The only drawback of this new documentation approach is that it only documents the things someone has bothered to document.

Full scaladocs show you everything without fear or favour.

The problem is that the projects aren't connected, so how to reliably get the docs? Publish on the main project repo and just link to that?
