Rotation #104
Description
some tiles cannot be rotated in a full horizontal manner and most tiles skip a stage in rotation so that they are slanted. For example a hexagonal tile usually can be rotated so it can be attached to the right or left of a tile but it only rotates slanted meaning you cannot do that and have to opt attaching it below or above.
