BQM: slow loading, some bad points #17
Description
BQM should be optimised as loading is quite slow.
Also every now and then there is a single bad point (number of bunches != number of filled buckets) which doesn't allow loading the data. Example fills: 7923, 7969, 8033, 8073. Should be easy to fix by discarding the bad point.
