Request: A read-access API for us to access all PyCon database information.

FinAid chairs would like to be able to access registrant information without needing to go through a central person. This is important for us to be able to confirm things like whether a FinAid applicant is speaking, is registered for a hotel, or is even registered already for the conference (so we can perform refunds).

This will take some research!

Currently we use an outside vendor for registration and I'm certain we don't sync hotel registration or conference registration details back to the PyCon database at this time. We could discuss with the vendor if that's possible.

We should be able to expose speaking information for a given FinAid recipient once CFP is closed.
