Request: FinAid payment method + "cheque name"

At PyCon 2017, we found that it's much easier to issue payment using PayPal rather than through a cheque; it saves participants time in line, and it's basically one-click for us as well.

As such, when participants click on the "Accept FinAid", we would like to give them the chance to indicate their preferred payment method, perhaps through a drop-down menu.

• If PayPal, display their account email address, and ask if they need to use a different email address for PayPal.
• If cheque, display their registered name, and ask if they need a different name (i.e. a "cheque name") for their cheques.
