• Send updated list of names to Salima.Belghazi@man.com (before 2pm on the day) using this template
• Create news slides from jupyter notebook
• On the day: Get sign-in sheet from door staff
• Update http://london.pydata.org/past-events/ with link to talk and slides
• Once all speakers have confirmed, update Meetup page
