Is there any constraint considered to limit the total land availability for the investment of aggregated renewable generators?

While for Solar technologies, that has been implemented as "add_solar_potential_constraints", no land-use constraint over the aggregated renewable generators is considered, since the technologies may compete over the land availability.

In case that has been already considered in the estimation of tha p_max for the technologies, the question is not relevant anymore.

Nothing explicit. Land-use competition is kind-off reflected in the all-in-one socio-technical-potential for RES in MW/km2 in the configuration, which is a fraction of the technical-potential that real-world projects usually have.
