License missing from pypi metadata (6.9.5 only)

Summary

The pyomo license is not visible in the pypi metadata for 6.9.5. The license was previously visible up to and including 6.9.4.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Check the Meta section on these pypi version pages:

• https://pypi.org/project/pyomo/6.9.5/ (not visible)
• https://pypi.org/project/pyomo/6.9.4/ (visible)

Additional information

At first sight the pyproject.toml file looks correct.

I've recently seen a similar issue on the psycopg project relating the version of twine used to upload the package. Maybe you could check this?
