Bassmidi.so symbol linking error in V 2.2.0

Hi, thank you for this wonderful port.

I was not able to use the latest Ubuntu build in releases.
So I build from the last released source. Building worked. After adding the bass libraries I could not start the game with the bass libraries.

Error message was:
./Freeserf.net/FreeserfNet/bin/Debug/libbassmidi.so: undefined symbol: BASS_GetVersion

I fixed it in the end downloading BASSMIDI 2.4.15.3 from https://www.un4seen.com/ and replacing the delivered libbassmidi.so. Now the game runs perfectly.

Thanks for the report and the nice feedback. As you made it work, would you mind to create a pull request with the changes (updated bass midi lib)? I have very limited time but of course can review and merge PRs on my mobile phone easily.
