Warptorio2 crashes when trying to convert a save into a scenario

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disable all mods (other than Base mod) and then enable Warptorio2 (1.3.10) which will also enable Planetorio (0.1.5) as a dependency
2. Single player -> New game -> Freeplay -> Next -> Play
3. Tab to skip intro -> Esc -> Save game -> Save as [warptorio-test-filename] -> Quit game
4. (main menu) Map editor -> Convert save -> Select [warptorio-test-filename] -> Convert

I tried doing what Faryu suggested in the factorio thread, edited lib/lib_control_cache.lua with his suggested changes, but doing so only partially alleviated the problem, not fully solved it, as although it finally allows to convert a save into a scenario without crashing, it still crashes once you actually open the scenario and try to unpause it in the map editor.

Please fix ;w; the mod is very fun, Warptorio2 is the most fun I had with factorio in a while, would love to see this fixed
