Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to teach my daughter programming using QBasic because it's such a great tool for that purpose. But currently it would imply learning both English so she can use the IDE, and BASIC itself. The help would also be unreadable to her as is.
Describe the solution you'd like
I think it'd be great to have bindings to gettext or a similar solution, and then to use it across the IDE so the IDE can be translated (in my case to french)
