Package versions

Thank you very much for developing the interest package.

I am trying to install the following packages, but the install does not go smoothly.
numpy 1.20.1 qiskit 0.18.3 scipy 1.6.1 setuptools 49.2.1
It seems that the versions of other packages (like wheel) also affect the install.

If the complete package list is available, it would be very helpful. The complete list can be obtained by, for example,
pip freeze > requirements.txt
