Timestamp in empty block does not work

I updated to the newest version (0.2.0 according to logseq. Now when I press Ctrl+t on an empty block the time is not inserted anymore.

Behaviour before:

1. Create an empty block (e.g. enter)
2. Press Ctrl+t
3. Time was inserted in the block

Behaviour now:

Test1:

1. Create an empty block
2. Press Ctrl+t
3. Time is not inserted

Test2:

1. Create an empty block
2. Insert text
3. Press Ctrl+t
4. Time will be inserted at the beginning
