Introduce property to disable parallel extension-point execution

Introduce a property which disables the parallel execution of extensionpoints. This feature is for example used within the verify task, to speed up things a little bit. A property to execute those tasks sequentially should be added in order to ease the debugging, if one of them fails to run properly.
