Wrong description of `experimental.execution_path`

The documentation says that experimental.execution_path takes active, active-circuit, active-accum, all . But they are options for twirling.strategy.
It appears to be a duplicate of twirling.strategy.

I think this error was introduced when the options table was redone. We should cross reference the qiskit-ibm-runtime API Reference to see if there are other mistakes.
