Validated locally with npm install plus npm test (103 files, 1500 passed,
1 skipped), and on CI across ubuntu Node 22.20.0/24.x, macos, and windows.

Note: conventional-changelog-cli@5.0.0 is deprecated upstream; migrating to the
conventional-changelog package is worth a follow-up.
