Rephrase the expected behavior 

It is recommended to leave expected behavior out of the code of conduct (reference needed). We should try to unify the Expected Behavior and Unacceptable Behavior sections into a single "Unacceptable Behavior" section (which might have the added benefit of making the document shorter). This came up in the first meeting of the Code of Conduct Committee (for 2021).
