🐛 double loading animation on map page

Two ionic loading animations are stacked on the maps page - for loading map and fetching GPS data. A solution taking into account the asynchronous nature of both the operations needed.

To Reproduce

• Open the app and observe the map page loader.

Expected behaviour

• Only one visible loader at a time allowed,
