Participant registration form improvements 

Looking at: https://app.quarantinehelp.space/register 
1. Can we take out postcode too from the here maps API ? 
2. Can we remove the second line of address for now ? Sounds a bit weird to have it there. 
3. I dont see a next button on that page.
