Feature proposal: pointers after install

It would be neat to have pointers to things for people at the very end of the template install. For example, something like:

if [ $iso = 'win7x64-ultimate.iso' ]; then
echo "If you want to get USB device passthrough working for windows 7, see this:
https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/templates/windows/windows-qubes-4-1/#troubleshooting"
fi
(or perhaps make it "qvm-open-in-dvm https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/templates/windows/windows-qubes-4-1/#troubleshooting"?)

and the "Newer Xen Drivers Notice (for olders OSs such as Windows 7)" information might be nice to point people to if we know they are doing 7
