"Ghost" die present, which is unable to be cleared or rerolled

Whist playing around, I encountered a bug which involved a "ghost die" that did not appear on screen, could not be removed, and could not be re rolled. Unfortunately I have no steps to reproduce, so this issue is essentially useless, but just making this to record that this bug exists.
