TextTransparency is not correctly copied between TextButton and TextLabel

#Repro Steps

• Select a TextButton with TextTransparency = 0
• Change it into a TextLabel
• The TextLabel will have TextTransparency = 1

#Expected Behavior

• The TextLabel should have TextTransparency = 0
