Restrict the visibility of some buttons to people with a given rank

Some modes are only available to players with certain ranks. For example, disabled games with MVP++, or VIP betas. Some buttons should be disabled and/or hidden for those who do not have these permissions.

Could be a good idea to add the ability to make it possible to choose if a button is disabled OR hidden. For some games it might be worth just hiding the buttons, while for others, still showing them, but making it so you can't click on them. This advertises that they are there if you purchase a rank upgrade.
