Allowing Modded Clients To Connect

Would love to see a way to allow modded clients to connect to limbo, As currently this doesn't work, Thats it lol

Can you share what mods you are using? I had reports of someone using it with mods and I use it with client-side Fabric mods (Sodium and the like.)

I am more talking about server sided mods. As I would love to use it on a modded server to have a fallback to afk kick ect. But it seems as if when trying to connect with neoforge with mods that are required on server and client it will refuse connection. (This makes sense lol) but I would love to see support for that :)

I cannot add server sided mods due to how PicoLimbo is made. However this does not mean you cannot connect with mods: it should already be working and not refuse the connection. I would like to know what mod is causing you issues so I can try and replicate the issue on my end to eventually fix it.
It would also help if you share a bit more about how you are using the server: are you running your servers behind a proxy (Velocity, BungeeCord, other) or are you trying to connect to PicoLimbo with mods directly without going through a proxy?

Sure, I am attepting to connect directly to it no proxy, I am connect from a client running on NeoForge running a few mods, list attached below. Many of them are server side and client sides IE they need to be on both to connect, When connecting to the PicoLimbo server you get hit with "You are trying to connect to a server that is not running NeoForge, but you have mods that require it."

Thanks, I can reproduce the issue now. I'll see what I can do, but probably not much… I've had reports of someone successfully using PicoLimbo with their modded server though, Forge I believe, behind a Velocity proxy.

By the way, I have recently opened a Discord server, mainly to get support for my projects, if you're interesting in taking a look.
