How to create/update existing translations? i18n

I would like to help the Qwen project by providing Brazilian Portuguese internationalization, translating all the interface into local words and currently used grammar. I have contributed to at least a dozen translations in the past, for differents apps, softwares, books and documentations.

I want to help and provide a Portuguese (Brazil) translation of all the interface you currently only have in Portuguese (Portugal).
