Issue: When using voice chat, the AI voice states it is "developed by OpenAI" and "based in the US" when asked about origin.
Expected: Voice should identify as Qwen/Alibaba Cloud, based in China.
Impact: Misleads users about service origin; causes confusion for users avoiding US-based AI services.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to chat.qwen.ai
2. Enable Voice Chat feature
3. Ask the voice: "Where are you based?" or "Who developed you?"
4. Voice responds claiming OpenAI/US origin (incorrect)
