What's the motivation for this proposal?

Let's make sure the v2 release is awesome!

Proposed Solution / Feature

• clear all experimentals: either remove or release
• during RC: explain that we aggressively removed types to make the API surface as small as possible and people should report missing types
• rework routeloaders
• decide if we drop support for vite 5 so we always have Environment API
• decide if we're happy with the current router API, especially routeLoaders
• verify that all docs are still accurate
• New docs homepage
• verify that qwik migrate-v2 works on docs and insights apps
• make sure we score well with js-frameworks-benchmark :)
• update the qwik repo issue labels
• blog post about what changed and how to update
• blog posts about the technical details
• podcast appearances?
• vlog appearances?
