Add support for NCF approach

I suggest adding the support for the NCF approach as detailed
in https://doi.org/10.26034/la.atl.2022.561 (and references therein).

For the integration I propose:

• I suggest generating a wrapper for analyse_SAR.CWOSL() called analyse_SAR.CWOSL_NCF(); this should keep things clean similar to the
  analyse_pIRIRMeasurement() function.
• As in previous approaches, we strictly stick to the published protocol
• We can add additional figures that account for the particularity of the approach.
