When attempting to move a unit or prop, using the "No Widget" Tool in the editor units constantly phase through the ground if they are higher than a few meters off sea level, examples; Castle area on Altis (Outer Walls), Hospital building (The one from east wind), and other high points such as watch towers, etc. Hope you can fix this but please take your time have a great day and good luck :)
