feat(website): add Veritas trust framework + Veritas Cloud early access section

- Add Veritas open-source section: trust scoring, verified retrieval,
  conflict detection with code examples and visual status badges
- Add Veritas Cloud "Coming Soon" section after Setup with:
  - Free vs Pro comparison (open-source vs managed service)
  - 5 developer validation questions ("does this sound like your team?")
  - Early access email CTA for design partners
- Update hero with Veritas Trust Layer badge
- Update benchmark comparison table with Trust/Verification column
- Update "At a Glance" stats with trust dimensions and verification statuses
- Add "Veritas Cloud" nav link in purple
