UART Driver #2
Description
- Use the "HAL" examples from the AXSB folder to investigate what might be wrong in the UART setup
- Investigate why the transmitter is outputting 0xFF
- Get confirmation that the Reciever is being triggered
NOTE: To be done by middle/late July. If it isn't achieved by then, make a new issue to create the driver using SPI instead.
