The idea is to create a tool which does the column cutting and param parsing which we currently have in this workflow.

This tool will take a row from a table and will output the respective parameters.

It still needs to be decided if there is a header expected or not or if simply the individual columns will be interpreted as values which are then parsed. I think the main goal of this tool should be to reduce the number of jobs schedules when invoking the parameter search workflow.
