Add Support for Basic Auth to the Authentication Service #206
Description
Some providers want to use the RESO Certification Utils to validate Data Dictionary data behind the scenes that will later come out of a Web API server.
Even though RESO Certification doesn't currently support basic auth in its standards, it can be added for internal testing to provide assessments for those who want to later become certified.
