PackageSale Resource Proposal

Overview

The Bulk Sale Subgroup has proposed a PackageSale Resource to communicate multiple properties or parcels as one single listing, as explained in the PackageSale Proposal Doc. The PackageSale Resource Proposal Spreadsheet shows the data elements in the DD spreadsheet format.

Key Fields

A field named PackageSaleKey is proposed for the Property Resource to link to the ListingKey field of the PackageSale Resource. The group has also proposed a PackageSaleKey field in the PackageSale Resource, to act as a unique identifier for the resource, similar to unique ID fields in other resources (e.g., AssociationKey, LockOrBoxKey).

For Transport

The main question for the Transport Workgroup is whether the PackageSaleKey field is needed in the PackageSale Resource, however, the Bulk Sale Subgroup would also appreciate any general feedback on the proposal.
