NetworkLevelRoot should set ready when multiplayer spawners are synced.  #11

Sometimes the networked players pop up like ~10 frames after the loading screen.

We could instead have the HandshakeSpawners auto-add themselves to a group, and then the network level root will wait until all are synced before setting SceneManager.mark_scene_as_loaded(self)
